Board Certified OrthodontistDr. Chuck is a faith-driven, highly awarded orthodontist who has helped create out-of-this-world smiles for over 30 years. A Hoosier native with strong small-town values, he received his DDS, Orthodontic Certificate, and Master’s Degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Chuck’s leadership spans national and Indiana dental organizations, where he served pivotal roles for both the Indiana Dental Association and American Dental Association, and as a founding AAO New/Younger Member Advisory Committee member. Board certified and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, Dr. Chuck’s perfectionism ensures every smile is crafted to the highest standard. He opened the Fishers practice in 1994, later expanding to his hometown of New Castle and then Richmond, always prioritizing open communication, personal connection, and a truly engaging environment. Outside the office, Dr. Chuck is devoted to his wife, four children, and two grandchildren, and leads faith-based outreach such as “Dad’s Camp” and men’s/prison ministries. Known as a ‘smile artist’ and people pleaser, he leverages his God-given talents to help every patient shine.
