  • Mr Chris

    Mr. Chris is the On-Site Owner at The Goddard School and has been involved with the school since it first opened in 1998. Throughout the day, he visits classrooms to connect with staff and children while making sure the building remains a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for learning and play. Mr. Chris has two daughters and many nieces and nephews, all of whom have attended a Goddard School. One of his favorite things about Goddard is the curriculum, which supports students’ daily learning while building strong educational foundations for their future.

    Ms. Adrian is the Director at The Goddard School and joined our team in 2025! She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ball State University and plans to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree. Before joining The Goddard School, she worked with children at a behavioral center for 3.5 years and has additional experience through babysitting. Ms. Adrian loves getting to know the children and their families. She believes that even in small ways, working with children helps shape their futures and she’s excited to be a part of that journey. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, and shopping.

    Ms. Ace is the Assistant Director at The Goddard School and joined our team in 2024. She enjoys working with the children and finds great joy in watching them reach new milestones and build friendships. In her free time, Ms. Ace enjoys spending time with her family and her fur baby, as well as completing puzzles.

  • Ms Aleshia

    Miss Aleshia is our Owls lead teacher! She joined our team in 2026! She has been working as a preschool teacher and assistant for the past 13 years, and she loves what she does. She has a passion for teaching and enjoys watching children learn, grow, and discover new things each day. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, especially painting, as well as shopping, watching movies, and most of all, spending quality time with her family.

  • Ms Dahiana (Leidy)

    Ms. Dahiana has been the lead teacher in the Duck classroom since 2022! She grew up in Colombia, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology. Ms. Dahiana has over six years of experience working with children and does a fantastic job with our two-year-olds. Her favorite part about working at Goddard is the silly stories she gets to bring home every day. Ms. Dahiana loves to help the kids reach their developmental milestones, being part of their learning process makes me feel like I’m doing something for this new generation. In her free time she enjoys art, listening to music, spending time with my family and keeping herself entertained by organizing and cleaning.

  • Ms Debra

    Ms. Debra is our lead teacher in the Hummingbirds classroom! She has been with The Goddard School since 2012. She worked with children with autism and cognitive delay from 1989 to 2009. Ms. Debra graduated from high school in Chicago, IL., then went on to earn her CDA. Ms. Debra loves teaching tummy time, fine motor skills, and sensory play. She is dedicated to providing and nurturing a loving atmosphere for her babies!

    Ms. Karma is our lead teacher in the Seagulls classroom! She has been with the Goddard School since 2025! She graduated high school in May of 2025. She has been teaching for over 2 years and has taught Pre-K and preschool. She has earned her CDA and she is working towards her Associate's Degree! She is excited to get to all of the families at Goddard! In her free time, she enjoys crafts, books, walks, and drinking coffee!

    Ms. Bre is our lead in the Roadrunners classroom. She joined our Goddard family in 2024 and has a passion for working with children. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education! Outside of work, Ms Bre enjoys spending time with her son.

    Ms. Cheyenne is our assistant teacher in the Penguin classroom. She is currently attending school for Criminal Justice! Ms. Cheyenne loves stepping in, being there, and helping out in the classroom. In her free time, she enjoys doing arts, crafts, and being goofy with her daughter.

  • Ms Donna

    Ms. Donna is one of our assistants in our Hummingbirds classroom! She has been with the Goddard School since 2020! She has her masters degree in elementary education and dedicated 37 years towards teaching in school systems. Her favorite part about Goddard is watching the babies grow and learn about their bodies and develop personalities. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, sewing, and reading.

    Miss Ebony is one of our float teachers. She has spent the past 13 years working in childcare, a field she truly believes is her life’s purpose alongside being a mother. She is the proud mom of her son, Lee, who was diagnosed with autism at age three. Supporting him through life’s milestones has been one of her greatest joys, and she’s incredibly proud to share that he will be graduating high school this year. Ebony is excited to be returning to a more education-based program, where she can continue fostering children’s growth and development. In her free time, she enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks and loves continuing to learn both personally and professionally.

    Ms. Erilin is an assistant in the Duck classroom and joined The Goddard School in 2025. She loves working with our two-year-olds and enjoys their humor, curiosity, and excitement for the little things. She especially enjoys teaching them Spanish and helping them learn and grow. In her free time, Ms. Erilin enjoys traveling, shopping, caring for her plants, cooking, and watching movies.

    Ms. Harleen is our Peacocks assistant teacher! She has her bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in ethics. She is currently working towards her masters degree in counseling. Her favorite part about Goddard is working with the children and building bonds with them. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, traveling, singing, and dancing.

    Miss Maythe is our Robins lead teacher! She has lived in Indianapolis her entire life and brings a diverse background in caregiving. She began her career in geriatrics as a CNA/HHA before transitioning to working with children as a parent aide and visitation coordinator. These experiences helped her develop a strong ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child. She enjoys helping children learn and grow, especially supporting their social and emotional development. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her family and eating good sushi

    Ms. Moza is an assistant in our Penguins classroom! She has been with The Goddard School since 2005. She was born in Shkoder, Albania. She began working with children in Albania as a Kindergarten teacher. She came to the United States with her family in 1999. Ms. Moza enjoys working with our toddlers in the afternoons, and many of the older children love stopping by to say hello to her before they leave each day

    Ms. Bella started with us in 2018 and is one of our float teaches! She has her Associates of Arts in Deaf Studies and is currently working towards her Bachelors of Arts in English through American Sign Language Interpreting. Ms. Bella loves how funny her students are and enjoys the great team we have here at Goddard. Ms. Bella loves hanging out with her family (dogs, too!). Her mom and dad are both deaf, and she has a passion for learning and practicing ASL within the classroom.

  • Ms Julie

    Ms. Julie has been the cook at The Goddard School since 2007 and brings many years of experience to our team. Before joining Goddard, she worked for 23 years at Marsh and 5 years at Taylor’s Bakery. She loves the people she works with and especially enjoys seeing the children each day and receiving their hugs and smiles. In her free time, Ms. Julie enjoys crossword puzzles, reading Danielle Steele books, watching football and basketball, and going to Texas Roadhouse with her husband.

    Ms. Rachel is one of our float teachers! She joined our team in 2024 and loves working with our two year olds. Her favorite part about working with children is witnessing and participating in their development while watching them learn and grow. Ms Rachel receives a great amount of fulfilment and joy in helping shape young minds. The bond that is created along the way is amazing! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three little sweet boys.
