Kelly Majors
Kelly Majors is our Center Director and has been with KinderCare since March of 2007. She started as a director in training and visited many of the Indianapolis area locations. In July of 2007 she took over the Roberts Drive KinderCare location as the Center Director. Since becoming the Director, her goal has been to make the center feel like a home away from home for the children. Her passion is to make families part of the center and to make sure that everyone feels involved and is comfortable. She wants the parents to be a partner in their child’s educational experience with us and she is dedicated to building a good strong relationship with each family that is built on trust and support.

Ms. Sharon Duncan
Sharon Duncan has been with KinderCare since 1992 starting off as a toddler teacher. During the next five years she worked her way up to Assistant Director. Sharon enjoys the many different roles her position as Assistant Director ensures. Her goal is to ensure all of our children are safe and have a fun and educational experience while enrolled at KinderCare.

Ms. Vicki
Ms. Vicki joined our KinderCare center in June of 2014 when our Geist center closed. She had worked at the Geist location for 18 years as an infant and toddler teacher. She has a large following of parents that don't know what they would do without Ms. Vicki. She is amazing working with the babies and ties in her prior experience as a artist in what she does each day with the babies. She makes sure they have many sensory activities with paint, chalk, crayons & markers. She exposes them to art and makes sure she displays it for all of the parents to see. <br /> <br /> Ms. Vicki is also a mother herself, she has 2 grown children of her own and is looking forward to grandchildren someday. In the meantime, she makes these babies her grandchildren and spoils them with love daily!

Ms. Lorri
Ms. Lorri used to work in the classrooms as a teacher many years ago. She then took over as a Nutrition Specialist for 9 years but missed the day to day interactions with the children. Ms. Lorri just recently joined our Infant team once again. She has a new love of her job and enjoys spending the time with the children helping them to experience many "firsts" and loves to get messy and do are with them. This is what makes her happy and keeps smiles on her face.

Ms. Amanda
Ms. Amanda has been in the early childhood industry for 10 years as she ran her own center out of her house while her children were young. Now that they are off and in elementary school she wanted to get out of the house and back into the workforce. She loves teaching children and watching the "light bulb" moments they have as they are learning and growing!
